To confirm your cleaning appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be credited toward your final service total.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the total scheduled service amount.

Please note that deposits become non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or on the same day.
